Sabine Surveyors opens its 8th Office in Norfolk, VA

We are pleased to announce the opening of our Norfolk  office located in the Historic Monticello Arcade Building  at 208 E. Plume St., Suite 331.   Constructed in 1907, this well-known landmark location is ideal to service  the  regional maritime community.

Our new office brings Sabine Surveyors' 50  years of Marine Surveying and Consultancy experience to Norfolk, one of the leading maritime ports in the United States.  We are members of the Virginia Maritime Association  as well as the Virginia Ship repair Association.

Sabine’s resident surveyor, Brain Hales is experienced in supporting vessel, barge, cargo, damage, compliance, condition, valuation, SubChapter M, and owner’s representation services.
